Ichiran is probably one of the most famous restaurant chains in Japan. They started as a humble spot in Fukuoka selling Tonkotsu ramen, the most popular in the city. Japanese people love their rich broth, so they've grown to become the institution they are today. For me, the best Tonkotsu ramen I've ever tried, super comforting and cheap. If you have the chance to go, you will see that you don't even need to speak to anyone to order. 🍜
