Without any doubts, this is the best Italian food I have ever tried. Trattoria Sergio Gozzi is a traditional trattoria serving local homemade dishes ... since 1915! Every dish tastes as if it was made by your grandma... Excellent meat, stews cooking for hours... Mouthwatering.

The local remains as it always was, not pretentious, you can really feel as if you were in Florence back in time, many years ago. Only open for lunch, no reservations.

All dishes were incredible, especially the Bistecca a la Fiorentina, the Ragu Ravioli and the Ossobuco. You can also enjoy other amazing options like the Tortellacci alla crema di Tartufo and the Coniglio Porchettato.

Don't forget to finish with a typical Florentine dessert like the Cantucci e Vin Santo or the Zuccoto Fiorentino.
