@guirongwei brings flavours from Xian region to London in her restaurant @master.wei.3150. The signature dish is the Biang Biang noodles. These handmade noodles are wide and with an amazing elastic texture. Then, pork or beef is added with that delicious chilli oil. I'd also recommend the rougamo.
