Best pizzas I've ever tried. @pizzeria_sud by @antonio__ilardi has won lots of awards and recognitions and it is considered one of the best pizzerias in Italy. I could clearly see (and taste) why. The dough was amazing, showing they are technique masters. The ingredients reflected the unique local product they have in Tuscany: everything had a lot of flavour and was really fresh. I wish I lived in Lucca to go to pizzeria Sud whenever I wanted 🍕
